Desensitization to Violence

I feel like its a world wide problem because everybody has been in some type of situation where violence is in voled.Its like if someone gets shot out here or something like that one of there people will thinks its war and retaliate because you shot somebody they new or because you killed one of there family members.Its like a big ass circle if u do something to somebody else somebody else will do something to you.
